FAQs
Frequently asked questions about Fresh Listing Photos by Michelle Bollinger
What areas do you serve for real estate photography?
I provide real estate photography in Frisco, Texas, and the surrounding areas, including Prosper, McKinney, Plano, The Colony, Hackberry, and Little Elm.
How do I book a real estate photography session with you?
Booking is easy! You can call, text, or email me with your listing details. I prefer email since it helps keep everything organized. I’m available seven days a week from 9 AM to 4 PM for real estate photo sessions.
What is your turnaround time for delivering real estate listing photos?
Edited photos should be delivered within three days or sooner after the photography session. Every home is different, and I take the time to ensure each image looks its best.
How much do your real estate photography services cost?
My pricing ranges from $300 to $500 per listing, depending on the property size and specific needs. If I am unable to photograph your latest listing due to size or desired work, I will let you know as soon as I know.
The state of Texas requires I charge sales tax on my services. I focus on high-quality listing photos that help Texas REALTORS® market their properties effectively.
Do you offer drone photography or video tours?
At this time, I do not offer drone photography or video. Most agents primarily need high-quality real estate listing photos for the MLS, which is my specialty.
What makes your real estate photography service different?
I am a retired Texas REALTOR® with an active real estate salesperson license, which means I have Supra lock box access. This saves listing agents time since they don’t need to be present to let me into the property. I also take extra care in homes by wearing disposable booties or freshly laundered grippy socks.
Do I own the real estate photos after purchasing them?
Yes! Unlike most real estate photographers, who retain rights to the images and charge extra for licensing, I give you exclusive future rights to the photos once payment is complete. You can use them indefinitely for your real estate marketing.
When is payment due for my real estate photos?
Payment is due in full before non-watermarked photos are released. I send invoices via PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment.
What happens if I need to cancel my real estate photography appointment?
I understand that things come up, and I do not charge a penalty for canceled sessions. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Do you offer tips for preparing a home for real estate photography?
Yes! I offer a free course on the steps to preparing a home for sale, which you can find on my website. A well-prepared home ensures the best possible photos for your MLS listing.
