Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Fresh Listing Photos by Michelle Bollinger provides professional real estate photography services to Texas REALTORS®. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required before non-watermarked digital photos will be released to the purchaser. Invoices are sent via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required to make a payment).

3. Image Rights & Usage

Unlike most real estate photographers who retain ownership and charge additional fees for image rights, I take a different approach. Upon full payment, the purchaser receives exclusive future rights to the images. This means the purchaser may use the photos indefinitely for real estate marketing and related purposes. Fresh Listing Photos by Michelle Bollinger retains no future rights to the images and will not resell or reuse them.

4. Turnaround Time

Edited photos should be delivered within three days or sooner after the photography session. Every home is different, and quality editing takes time.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans change. I do not charge a penalty for canceled photo shoots, as I trust there was no harm intended. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality images, Fresh Listing Photos by Michelle Bollinger is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, property staging, or technical malfunctions that may affect the final images.
